2.1 Duration
- Fitness sessions are running school term dates only (September until end of July).
​
2.2 Holidays - Half terms
Sessions are not running during half term and School holidays unless there is a different announcement prior agreement.

2.3 Bookings
Free - trial session
- Οne single free session is applied for each client.
- Applied in morning and evening sessions.
​
Drop in sessions
- Applied in morning sessions only.
- Booking system allows to prebook weeks ahead until 30 min before the start of the session.
​
Montlly Membership Plans - (Flexible - Unlimited - Smart)
- Flexible and Unlimited plan are for the morning sessions (kids friendly).
- Smart plan is for the evening sessions (mums only).
- Starting day of the plan is the day of the purchase and it is valid for a month.
- Bookings are open in advnace for the whole month.
2.4 Payments
Drop in sessions
Available Payments options are:
- online one-time payment
- pay by person before the start of the session

Montlly Membership Plans - (Flexible - Unlimited - Smart)
Available Payment option is online reaccuring monthly payment until cancellation.

2.5 Session Cancellation
Free - trial session
Cancellation and reschedulling are possible but is kindly requested at least 2 hours before the starting time of the session.
​
Drop in sessions
Cancellation in not possible.
Reschedulling option is available though unless it has been done before the start of the initial booked session.
​
Montlly Membership Plans - Flexible & Unlimited
Cancellation and reschedulling are possible but ​is kindly requested at least 2 hours before the starting time of the session.
​
Montlly Membership Plans - Standard
Cancellation and reschedulling are not possible.

2.6 Payment plan Cancellation Notice period
One month via sending an email at info@morethanmums.com

2.7 Refunds
No refunds are given unless the sessions are cancelled by the adminstrator.
