Introduction

Consciously striving to reformat your mental hard drive is not easy, but you can start now by using the steps and principles of Complaint Free World  (Will Bowen).  You wouldn't believe how much we complain about things - every day we bitch, vent, moan, shout and generally focus on the negative.

But wouldn't it be amazing if we could focus on the positive, happy things in life instead?

21 days is the amount of time it takes to make a repeated action into a habit. Join this month's challenge and innovative philosophy hidden behind and stay 'complaint-free' achieving a positive attitude that will improve your life permanently

Simple: You have to do your best to stay 21 days in a row without complaining, and to follow your evolution, you start using a bracelet or an elastic, and the process is:

 

1. Put on the Bracelet (if you don’t have a bracelet you can use an elastic)

Put your bracelet on either wrist – you are now on Day 1 of your 21 Day journey

 

2. Switch the Bracelet (or elastic)

When you complain, move the bracelet to the other wrist.  You’re now starting over; you’re back on Day 1.

 

3. Stay With It

The average person takes 4 – 8 months to complete the 21-Day challenge. But stick with it!  Just remember, you can’t complain your way to health, happiness, and success.
